As per the basic details of the scheme, you need to pay only 10 per cent of the total cost of the apartment at the time of booking, while the remaining 10 per cent can be paid within 90 days of the first payment. You need not pay anything beyond this for the next three years, that’s until 2016, at the time of possession.
